Professor Amos Agbe Utuama, (SAN) is the founder and principal of Prime Chambers. Graduated from the Faculty of Law with LL.B. Honours in 1977, Masters in 1981 and Ph.D in Property Law in 1990, University of Lagos. He was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1978, having passed the Bar examinations and obtained the B.L. He has also earned the MCIArb(UK) by examination (2004) and Certified Mediator since 2002. view full profile

Head Lawyer, Prime Chambers

Avbenagha Ejomafuvwe Francis Esq was called to the Nigerian Bar on the 7th of November, 2006. Currently with 10 years of valuable legal experience at the Bar in the legal field in areas of Human Rights, Oil & Gas Law, Land Law, Election Petition, Corporate Law, Family Law, Criminal Law and Civil Litigation. He obtained a Bachelors at Law (LLB) degree in December, 2004. Barristers at Law (BL) degree in 2006 from the prestigious Nigerian Law School, Abuja. Presently, He is the Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Udu Branch which was created from the Warri Branch in November, 2015.

John Smart ESQ.

John Smart was born on June 4th and he is from Owhrode town in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State. He graduated in 2012 from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife with a Second Class (Upper Divisions), and also from the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus in 2013. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 28, 2013 with the name Ovhumuachwe-Smart John O’tega. He has been engaged in active legal practice up to the Supreme Court since December 2013 in Prime Chambers where he was promoted in late 2015 to the position of Deputy Head of Chambers/Litigation by the former Head of Chambers/Litigation at Prime Chambers, Ayo Asala Esq. Elohor Feliz Onoshoho-Obodo (Mrs) graduated from the faculty of Law with L.L.B. Honours in 2012, Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State. She was called to the Nigerian Bar on 28th November, 2013 having passed the Bar examinations and obtained the B.L. Since her call to the Bar, Elohor Feliz Onoshoho has been in active legal practice, first at the Ministry of Justice, Ado Ekiti as a pupil state counsel during her service year in 2014.
